I/We hereby authorize NJ Gateway Federal Credit Union to send payment(s) from my/our NJ Gateway Federal Credit Union Visa Card to the "Card Issuer(s)" listed above according to the stated "Amount." I/We understand that this transaction is a cash advance on my/our NJ Gateway Federal Credit Union Credit Card and will accrue interest immediately. I/We also understand that any transfer(s) may not exceed the current credit limit of my/our NJ Gateway Federal Credit Union Credit Card. I/We understand that use of this balance transfer request will cause my/our account to be charged for the amount of each transfer request. Balance transfer Annual Percentage Rate (APR) will be the prevailing rate for my Visa credit card. The default rate is 18.00% based on account history. There is no grace period on balance transfers.
